I'm looking for a quote for an avatar creator - just a headshot. Where users can select face shape, eyes, nose, mouth, hair (maybe some accessories) all items should be colour-able from a selected palette (palette colours based on item). The image should be save-able as a png/jpg (on the server not a download)

Flash would be ideal but I'm open to other suggestions - however for non-flash suggestions a small working demo would be required as 'proof of concept'.

I need a quote for the whole project - including creating all the required images.
