I'm pretty sure this is a php job. I don't know what to expect for prices for something like this as I'm not to sure how much time it takes. I have a budget set in my mind, and I can't remember if I'm supposed to publish this amount or not. If I need to, I will edit my post.

I need a pretty advanced php/asp system for my site. It will need to have some way of crediting people for completing offers off the site. I believe this is something called a postback which is asp coding? What it needs to do is take information from other sites and credit users a set amount for completing these offers. It will also need to credit a referrer a set % of the amount of points the person makes on the offer. So if the offer was set to pay the member 1 point, the referrer (if there is one) would get .2 points at a 20% credit rate. I'm not exactly sure if I can get something to do exactly this, maybe some parts I need to do a bit more manually.
I'm guessing there are questions, ask away. Tell me what up there is not possible, and what would be done to achieve a similar effect with minimal steps by an actual person.

Edit: don't see how requesting a quote requires a budget because I really have no idea what this is valued at. I was pretty set at keeping it under 200-250.

where are you getting your offers from?
My understanding is that you are using offers from various affiliate networks.
If this is the case then it should not be to hard depending on the network you use. If you are using some of the more popular affiliate networks like www.neverblueads.com and www.azoogle.com they have an API that will allow you to use data from your account on an external sites. This will allow you to simply give each new memeber of your site a SubID and then use the API to determine each time a particular SubID completes an offer.
I would still like to make it so that when they complete an offer it is automatically credited. That way when the site becomes popular I'm not spending five hours a day updating peoples stats only to find when I've finished there are yet more points to update. The offers would be from multiple sites. I would probably only use sites that allow automatic updates. So if neverblueads and azoogle both worked to do them automatically then they would be sites I'd use.

I know what you're saying. If I knew what it was I needed to do to make it work I wouldn't be hiring somebody now would I? Somebody who knows the required coding languages would know what I'm talking about. It's asp.

Your should also have a good marketing plan. Since you will be paying lots for the programming and given the fact that their are plenty of paid survey sites out their already a solid strategy will be a must if you wish to compete.

Here is the main selling point for me. I'm the 5th result front page of a keyword that brings me in 200-300 unique views consistently every day for over a month. It also gets me about 40-50 refs on the site I'm currently using. Then there are about the other top 5 or 6 referrers on the site that I'm currently using that would also help populate my site. We have the ability to make the site take off, it's just me and my friend don't have all the coding abilities needed. He knows some advanced stuff just not the php and asp needed for the project.
It's a shame. I've got everything I need to make a pretty good site with thousands of members, except the most important thing, coding.
