I was wondering how much it would cost for you to program and build me a website similar to courtrivals.com and goallineblitz.com. I would like to have not only one sport sim, but football, baseball, AND basketball all on one site. Basically once you register you become a GM/Owner and are in charge of marketing your team, making trades, setting contracts, setting ticket & food prices. Each day you'll be able to train your guy giving him the ability to rank up. You will be able to buy more points via paypal. I'd also like a forum attached. I want it to be very user friendly with easy access to all features. I would need the system to automatically simulate all games (that were automatically scheduled) at a specific time each day.

I don't know anything about how I could do this, so...

Is this possible?
If so (I hope so!) what would an estimated cost and time frame be?
