Bill Dumont is one of the best in the industry, and the rates and service are great.
I use SecureMarket (http://www.securemarket.org) and it more cheaper than 2CO. It is based in Canada company and it seems to be really secure :) . It has only 10$ application fee, 5% from your sales return.
At present this ia the best offer for me.
Thanks for the advice on secure market I'll have to check it out as the fee's look low and affordable. I am currently using www.cardservicesales.com to process my online payments but looking for other options as well.
