I couldn't find any info about Miva on reseller accounts. Would Miva be available to set up for customers? Would it work with SSL? Would it be regular Miva or Miva Pro?

If you would like to add Miva to a resold account, you will need to go to the Reseller Add-Ons Form (https://corp.westhost.com/reselleraddons/). All pricing info on that is located on that form.
