I am excited about moving my reseller accounts to the new package. I do have some questions, though.

Once I have purchased a new reseller account, what process do I need to go through to move accounts I currently resell into the new package? (A numbered, step-by-step list would be very helpful, whether on the board or in instructions sent by email for new accounts).

Will there be any downtime in the transfer? (Obviously, this is not really an option.) Or will both accounts remain active until the dns settings update? Is this something that I need to manage (i.e. waiting so many days to cancel the original accounts, and change each domain name's settings) or will Westhost manage the pieces of this transfer for me?
