Real Audio/Video

I know Resellers are supposed to have Real Audio/Video support, but do I need to do, or install anything to activate it?
Since I can't seem to get ANY response out of Tech Support, any help would be appreciated

Hello Roger,

I don't have a solid answer for you but I would imagin this won't get a response from WH very fast considering the current problems they are haveing.

I am not a reseller so do not know all the options you have to you. I do know that with a regular account you do have to install Real Audio/Video located under Site Applications > Streaming. I got this from the manual but last time I looked at my Site Manager I did not see this but I have not looked in that area for awhile so maybe it is there or maybe only available to resellers. I know that with a regular account if you are adding a user you have to first install somethings on the main account and then also go in and set things for the user under the Site Manager.

right, all that stuff is missing from Site Applications > Streaming. I can't seem to find where those apps are located... they are in the regular site manager, but not in reseller manager... :<

Where did they disappear to and how do we get them back?

I just got a resellers account. I have not had time to look over it much since I have been busy elsewhere but with a quick look I noticed that there where diffrent types of accounts you could set up and I belive give them diffrent options... kinda like WestHost has diffrent packages. Maybe the package does not have that installed on it. When I did a quicke look at the resellers control panel I could not find how to edit the packages. I will have some time next week and play with it and see if I can come up with something.
