I bought myself a reseller package and setup a new domain which I bought recently. I have no problem accessing the new site via mynewsite.com/manager but my FTP effort is failing. It does not recognize the userid and password... Why?

Never mind. IT's working now. This is what I did
For hostname: my IP address
For userid : userid@mydomain.com
