I am preparing to move about two dozen accounts from another host (whom I'm abandoning) to new resold accounts at WestHost. Can anyone tell me the best way to move the email accounts? Thanks!
IMHO the best practice here would be to manually recreate each email account. On WH, users' passwords are to be 6-8 characters long and non-English alphaet characters are not accepted. Therefore you'll probably have to change passwords for many accounts in order to satisfy these requirements.

Thanks for your response, Corrado. I think you are right, plus I think I've determined how to copy existing emails from the mailbox files on the old server to the new ones on the new server.
