Miscellaneous Hacks - Prefixes for reported Items

This is a very simple modification - all it does is to automatically add a prefix for reported item (post, visitor message, etc.) threads.

The following prefix IDs are being used (please note that some will be only available if you use the blog and/or 3.8):

reported_post
reported_visitormessage
reported_groupmessage
reported_albumpicture
reported_grouppicture
reported_picturecomment
reported_privatemessage
reported_blog_entry
reported_blog_comment
reported_blog_custom_page
