ICQ? How to get it on my web site.: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
Hello everyone. I'm still fairly new to web building, I have mastered the basics and I am now doing a web project for my college. I need to add interactivity to my web site and an ICQ chat forum is the way I need to go. I have no idea how to go about this. Can anyone help?
