Howdy,

A friend asked me if I could do a site for his apartment complex. I've done other e-commerce sites using zen-cart and miva merchant but I was wondering if there is something better suited to online rent payment.

The rest of the site(including the cms) I'm writing in PHP with smarty but I'm not sure I can write the check-out securely on my own. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Including if there is a cms framework out there for Apartment Management companies.
