On my web page there are about 10 buttons are there. User doesn’t want to use mouse. Is there a way to use control keys

make sure you don't do this in the future - or you gunna get yourself banned.
By default the TAB key is used to switch between selected elements of an HTML page.
I would explain to the user how the TAB key works. ;)
