in Admin Panel..

Custom BB Codes > Add New BB Code

Title: live

Tag: live

Replacement:
<iframe src="http://gamercard.xbox.com/{option}.card" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" height="140" width="204"></iframe>

Example:
name

Description: Show your Xbox360 Live Gamecard

Use {Option}: YES

Thats it :)
