In my "Currently Online Users" block, the link to each online members' name is incorrect, how can I fix that?

On my portal page (http://otnforums.snooboo.com/), under the "active users" block, the link to my username is http://otnforums.snooboo.com/member.php?u=1, where it really should be http://otnforums.snooboo.com/forum/member.php?u=1.
