I don't have an uninstall script at this time.
If you have to, you can uninstall v2 by the following steps :
Drop all tables with a 'articles_' prefix
Delete all phrases with a 'vbart_' prefix
Delete all templates with a 'vbart_' prefix
Undo all file edits.
