Featured Articles on Forum Home

When I tried putting the Featured Articles hack in, I get this database error on my forumhome:

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.6:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT a.title, a.articles_articleid, a.icon, SUM(r.rating) / COUNT(r.rating) avg
FROM articles_article a
LEFT JOIN articles_rating r
ON a.articles_articleid = r.articleid
WHERE a.featured=1
GROUP BY a.articles_articleid
ORDER BY RAND()
LIMIT

mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 8

mysql error number: 1064

Any ideas?

The settings are saved already right ?

I've removed the limit, line and it seemingly works..but I'm sure I need it. Now I have an issue with the arcitles icon's not showing up, and I assume that is because its calling a template that doesn't exist:

if ($articon) { eval('$articonimg = "' . fetch_template('vbArticles_articonimg') . '";'); }
else { $articonimg = ''; }

vbArticles_articonimg doesn't exist. What if anything should that be changed to?

BTW, the limit line was

LIMIT ".$vboptions['numfeaturedarticlehome']."

Any ideas?

Btw, yes I did update the options. I have set to 4 featured articles on forum home :)

In an update, I created a test.php including:

<?

// ######################### REQUIRE BACK-END ############################
require_once('./global.php');
require_once('./includes/functions_bigthree.php');
require_once('./includes/functions_forumlist.php');

echo "Hello World";

echo $vboptions['numfeaturedarticlehome'] ;

?>

And all I get is Hello World :(

OH ! I just realized you are talking about an ADD ON ??
If so, please don't use the add-ons first.

Most ( if not all ) won't work properly with v2.0.
I will update them soon.

Sweet, thats kinda what I assumed. I've got it basically working, just missing icons now :) Sorry ;)

Which missing icons ?
I see them fine here :

Oh, I was just referring to the ones on forumhome, but again thats an add-on which eventually will be fixed :)
