Smilies in Quickreply

Inspired by the modification of amykhar (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=93544) I used a different approach.

My problem with the link was actually the "visited link" color. Nobody really recognized the link anymore So I used a button instead.

this is probably the main reason I hesitate upgrading to 3.51. My members are going to complain to no end if they lose the smiles box next to quickreply feature
