Hide Log Out Button From Banned Users - Template change only

In response to this request -> http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=99522

Basically, it doesn't show the logout button to users who are banned.

I know you lot like your screenshots so theres one attached for you (even though it's pretty self explanatory!). The screen shot has been taken using the vertical navigation hack found here (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=99318). In the standard horizontal navigation, it just leaves out the Log Out button on the navbar and spreads everything else out equally so you don't notice it missing.

Templates to edit - 1

Install instructions include instructions for both standard and vertical navigation as the template to be edited is different.

If you install this, please hit that all important install button. Thanks.

Important information regarding support - 20/04/06
Due to time constraints and the amount of things that are being planned for future modifications, priority support will now be provided here (http://www.peterska2.co.uk/showthread.php?t=19199). Support provided in this thread will be on an as and when basis.

Im wondering if this works with all templates , and also - does it work with VB advanced ? Theres a logout on that page as well , so i assume that would need a lot more editing.

I'm just in the process of installing vB Advanced now. I'll report back shortly.

vB Advanced uses your existing navbar so it is still only one edit.

Suggestion for newbies like myself.... be sure to confirm the usergroup number of your banned user group. Mine was 7 and instructions have 8.

You have changed your usergroups somewhere along the lines then, as the default banned user group is 8

install soon
