A little more detail would be great. When you go to the store, do you see any buttons to click on? Glow is part of the hack as is over 100 other options to purchase. Can you see the store? Did you do all the template edits? Did you upload all files? Etc....

This is an eStore option under Username Options -> Glow Username.
