Something is screwy with the way gifts and ribbons are built in the postbit. After upgrading to 1.2.4 some of my users gifts would not display, then those users would only display the latest gift purchased after the upgrade. In the profile ALL their gifts would show, but only the latest 1 purchased after the upgrade would be visible in the postbit.
Since the upgrade to 1.2.6 I am now seeing the same thing with both the gifts and the ribbons. Some users show every ribbon and gift they have purchased since the gifts were first introduced, others only display new gifts and ribbons purchased after the upgrade to 1.2.6. All users show all gifts and ribbons in the profile regardless of when they were bought. The odd thing is that the users who's gifts didn't show in 1.2.4 are now showing, but other members have acquired the problem.
No amount of rebuilding the datastore or ribbons or gift postbits will get those gifts/ribbons to show in the postbit. The fact that they show in the profile indicates that the system knows they are there at some level but that does not seem to be enough to get them into the postbit. I've seen others reporting similar experiences in the "big thread" so I'm confident this isn't something unique to my forum.
Alas I can't find any common denominator between the affected users to pin the cause down.

There was a bug in the way the gifts/ribbons were built at one point in the Admin CP. Try to rebuild all gifts/ribbons postbits in the admin cp, for the number instead of 100, or 1000, enter 1000000 and let it process all of the users in 1 go, that should fix all but 1 user.
Also make sure that u have the redone the template edits as they have changed and modify both the postbit and postbit_legacy as well.

I have had this same exact issue since 1.1x, I've tried every fix posted and nothing works. Some people show it fine, others one or two and some (even myself) none at all. Any other possibilities? btw, I upgraded to 1.5.0.1 redid the templates and still the same thing. Memberinfo works fine.
Rebuild Gift postbits works in the new version v1.5.0 properly. If you still see users that do not have gifts, then most likely the gifts are NOT inside of the (TABLE_PREFIX)vbp_gift user table.
