Made this fresh ocean/Beach style with some topical colors to it. :)

How To Install:
- Upload "vBulletin_3_Ocean" to your forums folder (forum/cpstyles)
- Then go to admincp >> vBulletin Options >> Admin Control Panel Options >> select vBulletin_3_Ocean and press save.
- If you like this style click install :)
