clustered water?

anyone ever heard of clustered water?
http://www.clusteredwateronline.com/
aparently it hydrates your body and well, it is also like your bodies water for the entire day in one 12oz bottle. I was wondering what other people thought, is this product full of &@#$ or should I actually see for my self? Anyone tried it?

Jason

I think I am correct in saying that the "Clustered Water" promoted by that website is utter ******** :p

It seems to be yet another of those ridiculous claims that have little or no scientific basis... I would pick holes in it but there's kinda no point... just read the site and laugh! :D

My advice? Go and get a drink from the tap :)

LOL! You can get your own "clustered water" by scraping the frost out of your refrigerator. This is what I'd call a "scam", it's the same as the Patent Medicines of the 18th century where ignorance is the primary requirement for good sales.

Someone should invent dehydrated water; be great for camping holidays :p

I don't know though - I wonder if it's theoretically possible to make a compound which is powder or compressed gas in a vacuum, but turns to water when exposed to air?

"compressed gas in a vacuum" -- sounds like clustered water to me :D.

Get a hydrogen fueled car, then you can drink the exhaust!

and yet there is another site promoting the same general idea... http://www.clusteredwater.com and they, well it is basically the same...special water to hydrate the body.

Jason

Creatine is pretty good for hydrating the body, scientifically proven to increase water retention in teh cells. :)

doesn't it have some wierd attributes to it? like its good for building muscles and what else...isn't it bad in some way too....?

Jason

I don't know how it's bad, it's not illegal or a band substance in sports. My understanding and experience, is that it helps you go harder for longer in the gym, partly due to the water retention keeping the water close to the muscles where it's needed.

so its used to help nerds in teh gym...nice...keeping water near the muscles is good..but so is oxygen, aside fromt he two that come with water does it help with that?

Jason

Dunno, I've never researched it too far, I found the effect psychological more than anything. You know you've got this apparently wondrous stuff in your system, so subconciously try harder.

If there is anyone smart enough to by the 'clustered water', be sure to send me a mail. I've got a special 'digital air' promotion right now !! (Only 10 MB left !)

I agree about the mental aspect. I don't use that stuff but I go to the gym alot, for me I just drink water between each exercise that might be too exerting like the bench.

raf:
at work we always have food and beverages...so we are always looking for something new to try... so sitting on the table for much skepticism is this Clustered Water.... purchased localy from a health foods store

It sucks all the water to your muscles making your muscles bigger. Literally. And when your muscles have water inside of it, it makes it easier to contract and pull. Just remember your heart is pure muscle. So while taking it will make you look ripped, your heart grows in size as well. And there have been cases when people would take the whole container of it, and their heart literally explode inside of them.
