Worm disguising as email from Microsoft circulating

Just thought I'd give a heads up on a worm that disguises itself as from [email protected] that's currently out there. I've received several of these already, and the very first one I was almost tempted to open. Here's a link on CNN regarding this: http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/internet/05/20/worm.micro.reut/index.html

Thanks for the heads up!

k, I've suck the other thread as this one (virus) seems to be causing a stir.

I hear Mac users everywhere have been recieving these and wondering why on earth Microsoft wold be contacting them. As many know by now, Microsoft have no support so are very unlikely to send you emails.

Try this URL. It is pretty definitive the virus and its characteristic. According to informed sources, the "mankx" is also a virus that will mess with your files. So get rid of it post-haste!
