renewing expired domain

My domain, www.barreledaction.com , expired because the registrar, Registerfly, had my old email and phone# and didn't notify me.
I paid to reactivate my account over a week ago, as soon as I found out that it had expired and changed nameservers back to bravepages. I also have another domain with them. I have corrected my profile settings but after all this time Registerfly still says my domain is expired and I should correct this at once. What else must I do?
I've been trying for over a week to get some help. Noone at Registerfly answers the phone, fax or emails except to email me their link. I've held the phone listening to a busy signal for over an hour at a time several times over the last week or so, faxed their fax# and I get no response. They're costing me my livelyhood. I've spent hours at a time over the past few days trying to get someone to answer the phone, faxed my request and tried every customer support email address I could find , to no avail. Does anyone here have a suggestion?

try registering it through a different register. RegisterFly has been having... problems: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RegisterFly

Thanks for your info (the delicate words describing the internet thieves).
I'm joining the class action suit since the are costing me dearly.

The domain status is shown as locked, which can make it more complicated to renew. I notice that whois is returning a result from enom.com. I also notice that RegisterFyl was an enom reseller according to the wikipedia entry. You may have some luck contacting enom.com directly. They've actually been VERY helpful to me in the past.

Looks like it's currently got an admin email address fo [email protected] I'm guessing that's the addy you no longer have???

You're right re the old email address but if you go to www.registerflies.com you will see that these people are doing this to a lot of people hence the class action suit.
