things have moved on a little since then... I have decided to use Horde (www.horde.org) to offer web access to email on my server. I know Horde has a passwd module but this is not working on my server, I need someone to either write a new script or help getting there script working on my setup.
The script will need to run the shell function "passwd" input the old and new password for the user and report if it was changed or not changed.
The language its written in is not important although I'd prefer php its not essential.
