Installing missing Red Hat stuff like rpm, man, etc

I recently got my westhost account and after a few minutes cruising my VPS's command shell with SSH I've found out pretty quickly that the linux installation in our VPS image is heavily stripped down.

Some examples of some pretty basic things that I've noticed are missing so far:

man
info
rpm
list

Does anyone know how to install these things back into the OS? I am not a linux guy and don't know where to begin (although I sure would like to consult "man" or "info" to dig around!) I'm rooting around the internet looking for some info, but most things are referencing man, info, and rpm as things that are just plain part of a red hat install.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks,
Russ
