i'm new to this... i downloaded the skin, but all my buttoms are black with ? marks in place of the picture. Do you have to seperately download the buttons? If so, where do I do that at and how do I install them? Sorry for my ignorance, and thanks in advance.

You have to upload the skins folder to your forum root, otherwise it won't work. Make sure you don't upload the entire upload folder, just the one inside called skins.
