I have many large boards and multiple servers and got to thinking...

On one of my boards that I run by itself on a single server with over 300000 threads, over 2000000 posts, over 500000 members, and about 200-1000 members online at once any given time. The board runs pretty good, but has it's moments where the usage goes past 2.1.

And I got to thinking, i have my game server's kernel compiled at 1000hz to increase performance on high tickrate game servers. Do you think this same concept will increase performance on the forum server aswell?
