so i have xcache installed but i am wondering if the configuration is recommendable one or which one need to be changed to improve the performance?

thanks, i do host several sites and some cms script site. should i still follow the configuration you made?
my server is
e5405 harpertown quadcore
4 gb ram
500 gb hard disk

If the cms script isnt designed to use the var store function of xcache, you can keep it off/0

You will have to run xcache for a while to see exactly how much ram you will require for all sites on the server, 32M/64M is fine to start with for now, if your running out of ram, then set it higher and HUP apache.
