thanks, but that's a complete list of features, I'm rather looking for a compiled list of what's really new in vb 4.
I have not seen a list. There are several blog posts that the developers have written that talk about the new features. There are not a whole lot of new features since the main goal was to rewrite the code.
Im interested as well what the new features are, spent a good half hour on .com looking for it to no avail.
Maybe we can keep a running list on this post of anything we find.

stylevars : customizing your own theme (with more ease)
promoting articles : promoting a post to become an article.
widget usibility
