That's blocksubhead_background

Nope. Blocksubhead_background is the head color in the thread listing. I'm talking about per post head.

If you haven't found it yet, it's in the postbit.css

Find:
.postbitlegacy .posthead {
and
.postbitlegacy .posthead .nodecontrols, .eventbit .eventhead .nodecontrols {
and
.postbitlegacy .username_container {

And adjust those sections with your image or colors
