I seem to have hit a major prob.........Which has nothing to do with website accessibility, I might add. Post questions unrelated to development in the General Discussions (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16) forum.
When i finaly got around the power prob i went into windows to discover that the 2nd drive is now unreadableMicrosoft have produced an article on working with dynamic disks (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windows2000serv/maintain/operate/10w2kadb.mspx) which contains some information on recovering from errors. That might help (or not). Similar information can be found in the knowledge base (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;kbhowto).
Is there a way to read the drive at all to remove files or is the data on the dynamic disk completely lost ????Reading around the Web, I found that Norton Ghost (http://www.symantec.com/sabu/ghost/ghost_personal/) can (apparently) read data from dynamic disks. Unfortunately, Norton don't supply trial versions of that particular application.
I'd ask on the Microsoft newsgroups (http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/). You're more likely to find expert help there.
Good luck,
Mike
