Internet Explorer keeps displaying bar that it blocked active
content on my page. Before I have some java applets running,
then I took all java out and left only javascript and html. It still
keeps blocking something, but even if i keep it blocked website
works fine as if nothing was blocked. I only got some images, tables,
text, frames, and links on my site. Its just not apealing having
some security problems, it will draw visitors away. Can you help,
what exactly EI blocks?

More than likely it is your security settings in your copy of IE that are causing this.

Custom Level
Scroll to near the bottom of that list, set to 'enable' the three items under Active Scripting.
