Is there a form where users of your site can upload their pictures and would appear on the site?? like, a little broswe button, then explorer pops up and you search for the file and then click upload... something kinda like that. theres no need for user/pass.

and also, if it would also be good if once these pictures are uploaded, people could post their comments on each picture, kinda like a photo blog.
