I can't use net send on my network. My network is already set up. I use my laptop and PC to transfer files successfully. But for some reason i get this error in CMD:

Could it be because my laptop is connected through my router. Or maybe Norton is blocking netsend or something on my laptop?

There is no such message as NET HELPMSG 2273, only that of what I said in my previous post. If you type in "NET HELPMSG 2273" in the command prompt, you get the following:

Yea I saw screenshots of it (http://screenshots.modemhelp.net) when I had to troubleshoot an email problem for a customer that had just purchased Vista.
I really liked the new theme when it was in early development, and so did many other people (clones using KDE/GNOME/Beryl abounded). They've completely ruined it now though.

Aero is fairly obviously Microsoft's answer to Apple's OS X graphics, and possibly Linux' Beryl/Compiz, but other than that I really fail to see the similarities. I don't know if this is still the case, but there's some pretty serious (and thus, since the concept is flawed, seriously bad) DRM stuff (http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/pubs/vista_cost.html) in the plans at one point. I suspect at least some of it is still there.
I suppose that could be considered Mac-style too (iTunes &c.), but I think the Linux community would start building its own hardware before it let something like that into the OS :) Linus' mere mention of allowing basic DRM-supporting hardware in the license recently sent Stallman up in flames.

Nah not really joking, The modern looking graphics (Aero) remind me of mac, and the way the files and folders are setup remind me like linux (ubuntu in particular).
