107 Megabyte CD-Rom bug

Before it was fine, but when I re-installed Windows 98 on an old computer, all my CD-Roms were apparently 127M each. Even huge ones like Office97. I haven't tried really small ones though. But somethings on the Cd cannot be read (They "don't exist"). And all the autorun CD's don't automatically start either. I even tried re-re-installing Windows and it's the same. What do I have to do?

the cd roms that are having problems, are they cdr that have been burned, or were they bought from a store, windows 98 and back require a udf reader for some formats of cd. most burner software automatically puts a udf reader on the cdr they make but sometimes it has to be installed.
