Will Pay for Help with Events Calendar

1) Describe Work Request (be as detailed as possible):

I need someone who is skilled in php who also understands date functions very well. It is not a big job and I have a lot of it completed already, but I just don't understand php well enough to get the section working that handles the recurring events. It is a community events calendar that has been upgraded & customized from WebCalendar v.0.9.33. Mostly I need someone to correct my scripting errors and just finish off the parts that are beyond my knowledge of php and date functions. It should be easy because it is simply a case of adapting the old WebCalendar code to the new tables. I have tried and tried and just need some guidance and assistance. But it is taking way too long, when it would be simple for someone who knows php. I would gladly pay someone to help me figure this out.

2) Payment methods you support (ie: Paypal, 2checkout etc): Paypal

Just to make sure you're aware, your thread status to set to "pending" by you right now, which means a coder has already contacted you, and you're either considering him or work has began. If that's not the case and you're still looking for coders, you should change the thread status back to empty (versus "pending" or "resolved").

Oh, no, I wasn't aware. It looked like the only choices were "pending" or "resolved," so I thought new threads would be pending. Maybe the blank one should say "open."

Sorry, I should have read the directions (duh!). Thanks for letting me know. Now you see why I need help haha.

Hi,
I could make you an events calender if you still need one. No charge would be needed considering this would be a very simple task for me.

Dear JH:

Thank you so much for your kind offer. Where were you last June?! If you knew what I went through during that time... it just about killed me. I had to reinvent the wheel and there was no one out there who could help me with the date functions. Anyway, I managed to get a calendar of sorts working, but there are parts of the recurring events I still haven't figured out. I'm curious what you can do that would be "simple" and am open to whatever you can tell me.

Ciao, erin :)
