Resolved Need some help with fixing a CSS problem

Payment Method: Paypal
Cost: $20 Bucks

I'm a Graphic Designer with some web skills. I got this job to build this website. I'm just having one big issue. Certain pages are shifting. Like they don't line up, there not all centered on each page. I don't understand and spent the entire weekend trying to figure it out. So I just want to pay someone to just figure out/ fix it for me. I'm sure an expert web programmer or CSS guy could maybe figure it out in a sec. Please help. The closet solution I came to was when I embedded the flash banner. The first person that has the solution and it works I'll gladly send 20 bucks via paypal.

Job: Justing figuring why the site is shifting and the fix.
Info: I used Dreamweaver CS4. Made Templates. I use DIVs. Also, I'm not greatest coder so I'm pretty sure its messy, not terrible. Just letting you know. Not asking to rebuild the site just want to stop this damn things from shifting.

Thanks so much.

yea that shift is the problem. I don't understand why it does that. Do you have the fix? And explain the reason why it does that? This project has been very annoying.

Can you get it to me soon. Sorry to rush. My time is running out. If it works then send me you paypal email.

Thanks so much.

Yea if you could provide the fix and explanation or what the problem is and how to prevent it that would be great. Sounds like its an easy fix. If it works great I'll send you payment. You can send your invoice and please provide your Paypal email address.
