[SMS Alert Automatic] with e-banking

1) Describe Work Request (be as detailed as possible):
Please help me to make a program which is automatically can do sms and fetch data from e-banking.
Simulations :

A confirm transfer as such amount, detailed with his/her name by sms format :
Name#Amount of Money#Date, then the system automatically fetch this sms, and search for e-banking (my banking) whether the confirmation is valid or not.
If valid, then It can automatically send sms to A, input the transaction data to Database (Oracle 10g), and do the transaction.

I want the source code, documentation step by step.
Prefer to Use Java, PHP is also ok.

2) Payment methods you support (ie: Paypal, 2checkout etc):
Paypal, for about $30

Java? The desktop programming language? JSP, it's PHP-like server implementation? Or Javascript, which won't actually work in this case (since you need to communicate with the server and Javascript is limited to the client's computer)?

Also, you should give some more information: how will the data be accessed? Is it just in a database? There should be a lot of security involved when dealing with online banking, so $30 seems somewhat low if that's an issue, but not if you really just need a plug-and-play script for sending SMS messages that you will implement into your system/security.

For getting the data, you'll need to figure that out within your system and come up with the text for the SMS.

Then you will need to use a service to send the SMS. As far as I know there is no free way to do that-- you will need to use a service that sends it for you. There are a few, and really it should be pretty easy to use. I know that it's possible with PHP, but you might have to search some to find a Java version (depending on what you mean above).

Here's an example of a website (just from a quick google search):
http://gizmosms.com/
That is a manual site, though, since it blocks automated sending. But basically that's the type of service you'll need and it should be easy to figure out. Look at the paid version of their site, or google for "send SMS service" + PHP/Java.

I don't think you really need to hire anyone on this, if you are able to use one of those services. If not, this may get expensive fast, especially if bank-level security is involved.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean about "do the transaction", but ESPECIALLY if actual money-changing operations are taking place, the security issues will be most important.

Do you only need to SEND SMS, or also receive? That might be very difficult; I think you'd want to look into a service for that as well, perhaps through a mobile company.

Sending and receive sms can use gammu / smslib ^^
I've create some codes for this, but it seems to be not working, because of my phone (which is connected to PC).
Phone connect to PC, so the sms is not free palz, no need to be free, it's use handphone fiture to send sms, but using PC connected with it.

I need to read the sms first, process it (check the e-banking, checking here not doing transfer, but just checking for the transfer, whether is success / failed), and then send for the confirmation :)

I'm collage student, and this project is for my last task ^^
$30 is the max that I can give T_T

I'm not trying to be discouraging or critical, but $30 is nowhere near enough to deal with the sort of security issues involved in banking.
However, do you mean that this is FOR college, that is-- it doesn't actually need to be secure because it's not for a real bank?
In that case, $30 sounds a lot more reasonable, but at the same time, if it's homework or something that's not really something encouraged here.

I think I understand now what you want-- a desktop solution (nothing to do with web pages), so Java makes sense.
However, I'm not able to help because I don't know much more than what I have said.

Good luck, though. It sounds like you're close, but just need to work out the SMS issue-- I'd say google for a tutorial. Using your phone is an interesting approach. (Though don't forget the option of using an online service.)

would you like to help me if I got some troubles for this project?
You do help me a lot palz ^^
