Hi all, I'd like to add shipping cost to a free shopping cart I'm using but I not sure how without breaking it. The shopping cart is at www.cartquest.com (http://www.cartquest.com) . I'm using cquest2. I can't change to a different cart, the website is done. My part was to just supply the store and now I can't figure out how to add shipping.

I'd like to add shipping cost to the basket page. The first item is $3.50 and .75¢ for each item thereafter.
