??? - CSS: problem with font size in Netscape preview

How to prevent Netscape from changing font size?

Wherever I specify font-size (no matter relative or absolute size pt,px,ems,%) in style or stylesheet, IE5 obidiently follows its parameters and fonts in document remain the same size even if user browsing these pages wants to enlarge/reduce font size,

but Netscape does not keep up with these rules. Manual resizing (Ctrl+]/+[) destroys tables, design the whole structure of page...
I'd like to set styles so that no user could control layout, and font size while viewing my pages.

What parameters must I put into style/stylesheet to keep all fonts intact in page as I primarily defined them - for NETSCAPE preview?

Thanks.

You cant prevent a user from changing their browser preferences.

Netscape, unlike IE, was designed to view web pages in a safe manor. By letting you, the webmaster, take control of their settings violates serious safety precautions. There are many people out there who like to create destructive sites and that is why NS does this.
