Problems with FTP and PERL Script

I have migrated from an NT 4.0 machine to Windows 2000 on a different machine. I am trying to FTP into a UNIX machine and download certain files. The log file shows the following:

***********************
Wed Feb 6 8:35:13 2002 ...getting remote file info.

[Remote yongsan Files]
Wed Feb 6 8:35:13 2002 [yongsan] - **Warning** No Files Available.
***********************

However, I know the files are there. I can successfully FTP from a command line, on the new 2000 machine, and view the files that I want to download. My feeling is that I am not even connecting to the Unix server. I know nothing about Perl and don't know if there are considerations migrating from NT4.0 to 2000. The script will still run successfully on the old NT4.0 machine. Any help appreciated.

Attached is the script.

Are you sure the file permissions on the unix box allow you to download them?

PASV mode ?
Firewall ?
New IP address ?
Can you download from command-line FTP ?

I Suggest using Net::FTP, at the command line, and seeing exactly what the error message is, rather than trying to interpret the messages that your own code sends.
