Python 2.2 is slow on Win32!!
I downloaded Python 2.2 today and ran the IDLE GUI and it is sssslllllooooowwwww..... So is the command line.. Anyone else having this problem?
go to www.activestate.com and download activepython.
Tell us if you still find it slow on win32...
ActivePython is based on Python 2.1 though..... I already have that and it works just fine.
