Do you know if there is a version of Postgresql that runs on windows platforms?
if yes,did u manage to install it?
please I need to install it to start developing my own database programs

Yes, 7.0, but won't bother to try it on win32 platform. -> ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/binary/v7.0/NT/
