I just got this today, and it's good so far.

It's a good reference for not only PHP/Postgres web programming, but also has alot of the basic Postgres administration stuff in as well.

The date/time chapter is also excellent.

Overall a pretty well rounded book. Nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary, but overall it covers all the bases.
