YOUR OPINION?
Personally, I like the way it looks with the exception of the color. The color makes me think "interior decorating", "dry flower arrangements", "Craft show". It doesn't make me think "tech", "internet", "21st century". Maybe if you used a midnight blue or steel gray or something. Other than that, looks good.

Sketch's right. You should change the look and design of the banner a bit. You also should reduce all the listed things i.e. "PHP, ZOPE, JSERV" etc. it's just too much IMO. Instead of that, just list a few and the last could be "And many more" or "And more" or whatever you like.
