I wonder if this will work!

Hey there i am newbie but i have an idea as i have been learning loads lately.
What i think is u need to config ur DNS to point to ur XP Box for example if your XP box's IP address was 192.168.0.2 then tell it to point there for your zone. Then config IIS with the right header and ur away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But u need to have a DNS server usually on Windows 2ooo Server this will work as u r running IIS.
Good luck and feel free to e-mail me!
Cheers

There is an 'edit' button, so feel free to move your post where it belongs. Now, what is that you were talking about with dns here? And what 192.168.xx has to do with that since that is network range? I wonder how many people here actually run iis though... :D

edit: and yeah, why do you think age matters online? I know I dont think so...
