DNS settings are not saved.

A guy from an ISP changed the DNS settings on one of a workstations to
point to their DNS server. You can change the IP adresses back to the office servers
and all is well until it is rebooted. Once the workstation is rebooted the ISP
settings are back in place. Clicking Apply and then OK, not Cancel.
The workstation is running NT 4.

Have any of you seen this?

Don't believe that this is an issue with the network settings. This is an
NT issue where the settings chosen aren't being permanently applied. The
problem would exist no matter what configuration is used.

Logged in with the local administrator account.

Is there a place in the registry where one can set the DNS servers?
