chflags /kernel operation not permitted ????

I want to install my new kernel , when doing make install I get the following error, what can I do about this...

unix-web01# make install
chflags noschg /kernel
chflags: /kernel: Operation not permitted
*** Error code 1 (ignored)
mv /kernel /kernel.old
mv: rename /kernel to /kernel.old: Operation not permitted
*** Error code 1

Start here ->
9.6 If Something Goes Wrong (http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/kernelconfig-trouble.html) and read the Notes on The kernel will not boot.

Your either not logged in as root or your secure level is greater than 0. Go to single user mode and reset your secure level to zero. Search the handbook and faq for precise steps. Search http://www.google.com/bsd

Well, I found it about 5 minutes after I posted it, I had it a few times before and somehow I always forget what to do, my kern_securelevel was at 1, changed it to -1, rebooted installed the kernel and changed it back again.

Thanx anyway
